Wow!! quite some time since I caught up with TRIZ India. Lot of things going on in MindTree on the TRIZ front. Murali (also a TRIZ India member) and I came up with the concept of TRIZ Clinic.

This is an excellent invention by a designer. It is a bicycle without the front fork.
By removing the assumption that a front fork is necessary he forced himself to think of other ways to control the bicycle.
