I have been using VUE (visual Understanding Environment) for representing, it is easy, intuitive and free. Intermediate IFR for me. http://vue.tufts.edu/

The next version of Southbeach, a major release, is due before end year, version 0.9.2. This will demonstrate the first interactive applications of the Southbeach platform for building problem solving, analysis and innovation tools using a simple to learn 'rules' language.
