For those who sincerely think HOW to innovate
Learning ARIZ
ARIZ is an area in TRIZ still being researched around the world. While, I'm a novice in this concept, have read ARIZ is a powerful methodology. I was wondering if anyone out there willing to point us to some basic reading material on ARIZ, and possibly some case studies.

check out this link, Prakash ... got curious and searched for it..."ARIZ (Russian acronym of Алгоритм решения изобретательских задач - АРИЗ) - Algorithm of Inventive Problems Solving - is a list of about 85 step-by-step procedures to solve very complicated invention problems, where other tools of TRIZ (Su-field analysis, 40 inventive principles, etc.) are not applicable." Hope this starts off.
