1. When did you come across TRIZ? When did you decide to take on TRIZ as your path forward in your career?
An accident. As Director of Dow Chemical’s Discovery Research program, an attempt to broaden Dow’s business beyond commodity chemicals, I sought out training in many psychologically based creativity tools such as brainstorming, CPS, Debono’s Lateral Thinking and Six Hats.
